Clinging to the sunny hillside on the right bank, the mazots of Sarreyer are certainly the most sunburnt. At the height of summer, the streets of the village soak up the Mediterranean heat. At the exit of the village, in the direction of the aptly named Route du Soleil, a mill fulfils several functions by using only the force of the water of the nearby torrent to operate a saw, a fuller for fruit and a grain mill: the Saw and Mill of Sarreyer!
